Throughout his service, he held leadership roles involving critical incident management, complex investigations, and the supervision of specialized operations. Drawing on decades of experience, he established Foley Investigative Solutions to bring command-level professionalism, accountability, and operational discipline to the private investigative sector.

Working alongside him is an investigator with nine years of prior law enforcement experience, including three years assigned as a Detective. During that time, he conducted interviews, developed cases from initial complaint through resolution, analyzed evidence, and managed investigations across a wide range of matters, from fraud-related offenses to major criminal cases. Recognized for exceptional case productivity and successful outcomes, he now applies that same investigative expertise, analytical approach, and attention to detail in the private investigations’ profession.
